3. Consider an alternative menu
Consider if you can do things differently this year. Can you shake it up a little and maybe move
away from meat? We’ve been inspired by the huge growth in the plant-based meal options,

range). Alternatively, caterers have reported they are moving away from
the traditional meal to a buffet-style party menu with finger foods. Even if you are planning a
traditional meal, ensure you have a backup plan.
